One of our distinguished clients is seeking an Account Director. The Account Director will be a key day-to-day interface between agency and client. He/She will work closely with the client and the Agency, Sales and Development team leads to insure that the team has the information and direction that it needs. This person will monitor the timeliness and quality of the agency deliverables to client to insure that expectations are exceeded. This position is located at/in San Jose. ALL candidates required to work onsite. Remote candidates will not be considered.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support clients successfully through addressing questions and concerns and responding to requests. Manage against shifting priorities to ensure excellent follow through. Manage select Sales/Ad ops special projects. Develop additional business within client company, products.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Minimum BA or equivalent. 7-10 years of Marketing or Advertising experience. Demonstrated strong leadership/management skills, including experience briefing and managing clients. Retail client experience preferred. Travel to corporate office required monthly.
